Client Requirement
Due to the loss of a major customer the client needed to downsize its operations rapidly. The requirement was for a staff reduction of approximately 100 as soon as possible.
Work undertaken
Initiated a process to set selection criteria, undertake group and individual consultation meetings and undertake all of the one-on-one redundancy meetings.
Outcome
A difficult process was undertaken to the agreed timescale and all the requirements of the Company achieved with no challenges.
Subsequently the business involved has managed to re-employ a number of the individuals involved in the redundancy process as business levels have returned.
